CrossFit Fundamentals Course

The Fundamentals Course is where every new member to CrossFit Vokse starts. If you're the CrossFit veteran or brand-new to CrossFit, the fundamentals course is the time our staff gets the opportunity to get to know you better so we can better assist your fitness journey! Each class is tailored to your needs to establish and/or improve technique and form. Be prepared for lots of movement at light weight or bodyweight and plenty of repetitions. An InBody scan will be performed to establish a baseline for your health journey. After much practice, you will have the start of your foundation for day 4 in a regular CrossFit class with a coach to move. Frequenting the fundamentals will drive healthy movement and success in our program!

CrossFit Class

The CrossFit class is our heart of the program. In this class you will experience a heavy dose of intensity; however, consistency and mechanics will be implemented and mastered first. Ages 18+ and all ability levels are welcome!
This class is open to adults with an Unlimited CrossFit membership. |
CrossFit Teens
|
UThe CrossFit Teens classes (ages 13-18) introduce the basics of loading various functional movements into training. The outline of the class is very similar to our adult CrossFit Class however the major difference is that the teens can feel comfortable in an environment amongst their peers. This allows us to cater to the physical and psychological developmental differences between each of our athletes. Beyond a healthy active lifestyle, this program is great for the teenager taking part in competitive and recreational sports to help injury prevention, increase athleticism, and promote academic learning and retention.
This class is open to teenagers with a Unlimited CrossFit Teens membership. |
CrossFit Pre-Teens

The CrossFit Pre-Teens classes (ages 10-14) introduce the same basics of loading various functional movements into training as our CrossFit Teens Class however, weight is kept light to promote exceptional movement mechanics to build a safe and efficient foundation. This allows us to cater to the physical and psychological developmental differences between each of our athletes. Beyond a healthy active lifestyle, this program is great for the pre-teen taking part in competitive and recreational sports to help injury prevention, increase athleticism, and promote academic learning and retention.
This class is open to teenagers with a Limited CrossFit Pre-Teens membership. |
CrossFit Kids

The CrossFit Kids class (ages 6-11) is a method for teaching CrossFit to children. In this class, expect lots of games with a focus on incorporating basic functional movement patterns into a FUN learning environment. With emphasizing good movement throughout childhood we base the CrossFit Kids program on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.
This class is a 6-week program and open to kids with a Limited CrossFit Kids membership. |
Yoga
|
Yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both mind and body. Each class will combine physical posture, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation to promote mental and physical well-being.

Olympic Weightlifting
|
Olympic Weightlifting is a sport consisting of the snatch and clean and jerk, both of which CrossFit has incorporated into its training system. These lifts are unique in their ability to increase fitness due to the fact that they are technical and complex.

Active Recovery
|
Active Recovery focuses on restoration of the body through less intense quality movement to passive and active stretching to deep tissue work.
